What if I left my card at home or forget to show my card
when I make a purchase? |
If you forgot your card and you know your member ID, we
can use that to credit your account. Otherwise, keep
your receipt and contact us within 30 days. In order to
credit your account, we’ll need your member ID and the
transaction information on the receipt. |

How do I cancel my membership? |
If you ever want to cancel, just contact MacForce. |

What happens to my Rocket Rewards when I receive an
award certificate? |
Your Rocket Rewards will continue to accumulate. There
are ten levels of M2, and each time you reach a new
level, we’ll automatically send you an award certificate
to use in our store. See program rules for details of M2
levels. You may use more than one certificate on a
purchase, but remember that each certificate must be
used within 90 days. |

How long does it take to get my award certificate?
|
Once you have reached a new M2 level, it takes 4 to 6 weeks
for your certificate to be mailed. Certificates expire
90 days from the date they are issued. |

What can I use the award certificate for? |
The award certificate is valid for anything at MacForce
(priced at $20 or more) with a few exceptions. The
certificate may be combined with other offers. Please
see the back of your award certificate for more details. |

What if I lose my award certificate? |
We’re sorry, but award certificates cannot be replaced.
Please treat them like cash. |

Who can join M2? |
U.S. residents who are 16 years or older are
eligible. A minimum $20 purchase is required to join.

When does my membership expire? |
There is no expiration to your membership, but MacForce
reserves the right to change or cancel the program. |

Can my family or friends use my membership card so I'll
earn extra Rocket Rewards on their purchases? |
You may give your membership card to immediate family
member’s so that you can earn Rocket Rewards on their
purchases. These purchases will be invoiced to the
members name. The original member is the only person
who may redeem the award certificates or receive other M2
benefits. |

What if I lose my membership card? |
Don’t worry. Though we can’t replace your card, you can
still earn Rocket Rewards. When you make qualifying
purchases, we can look up your member ID and credit your
account. |

I am a member of the Smart Business Program. Can I join
M2? |
Sorry, but you can only be a member of one or the other. |
